Dior Diorshow Collection 2020

Since the pandemic isn’t over yet and we are wearing face masks everywhere, the best way to apply your make-up is to focus on the eyes. With a little help of the Diorshow 2020 collection this won’t be any problem at all. This season Dior has revamped two of their iconic products: the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl mascara and the 5 Couleurs Couture eyeshadow palette.

Dior Diorshow 5 Couleurs Couture Eyeshadow Palette

The iconic 5 Couleurs eyeshadow palette has been reinvented to become 5 Couleurs Couture.
Each eyeshadow palette – Denim, Black Bow, Rouge Trafalgar and Mitzah – corresponds to an iconic piece of the Dior wardrobe. I received the Rouge Trafalgar palette, which is inspired by the the designer’s show-stopping red runway masterpieces.

The eyeshadows are very pigmented and almost feel creamy when you apply them. The reason for this is that for the first time at Dior, the palettes are enriched with skincare ingredients such as aloe vera for its smoothing properties. You can easily blend or build up the shadows, just like we are used to from Dior!

Dior Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Mascara

Ever since the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl mascara exists, it has proven itself to be one of the best. It gives your lashes spectaculair volume ánd more curl. Not only had I good experiences with the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl mascara, but any Dior mascara in general has done an amazing job on my lashes. This season Dior gave it a new design with a couture twist ánd they worked on the formula, to make it even more perfect.

During the summer I got lash extensions, so now that they have fallen out, I feel like my own lashes are a bit shorter, thinner and need to recover a bit. I was excited to try the new mascara out and was surprised by the curling effect! As you can see in my first look on the pictures below this article, my lashes really are really curly (and this without any eyelash curler)!

Dior Diorshow 24 Hour Stylo

The new eyeliner is created based on the backstage make-up experiences from Peter Philips himself. He wanted to create an eyepencil for every type of look: from very natural to very daring. Then he came out with the Diorshow 24H Sylo eyeliner, which is incredibely pigmented and is even waterproof!

You can use an eyeliner pencil like this in many different ways. I love to apply it on my waterline, but only the top waterline, not my bottom one. This makes my lashes look more intense as well. But you can also apply it as you would apply a liquid eyeliner and blend the product out, for a more smokey look. It doesn’t matter for which look you go, this new liner will deliver your achieved result!

I created two different looks with these 3 products! The first look is more of a daytime look and for the second look I just popped on some corner lashes and added eyeliner to make it a bit more intense!
