Around 5 years ago I was buying my first ‘high-end’ foundation. This was a big deal to me back then, because I wanted to make sure I was buying the perfect one. I ended up trying out the Givenchy Eclat Matissime and since then I always have loved their foundations! I have also tried out their Photo Perfexion foundation and I was not disappointed at all. Last spring they launched a completly new line called Matissime Velvet, where they focus on matte skin with a beautiful texture and a smooth, glossy finish. I was very curious if I would like these foundations as much as I did the others, especially since it was for a normal to combination skin!
