bareMinerals Make-up Collection

Today I’m going to write about something, which doesn’t happen that often anymore! We have a new big beauty brand launch in the Netherlands, not just online, but also in stores as well. bareMinerals decided to join the Dutch beauty market and I couldn’t be more excited! If you are a die-hard beautylover, you might remember bareMinerals from Sephora back in the days. I know I have tried one of their foundation kits before, which are iconic. Today I will be reviewing different items from bareMinerals, to see if they are still as good as before!

FACE

First it’s time to apply the iconic Mineral Foundation with the Beautiful Finish Foundation Brush. This product started the clean beauty revolution back in 1995. The skin-loving, vegan formula cares as it covers, promoting clearer, healthier-looking skin over time. It delivers lightweight, buildable coverage and a natural luminous finish. I usually use liquid or cushion foundations only, but I was excited to give this one a try too! The powder itself is really soft end it blends so nicely on your skin, you could build up the coverage and my oily skin is matte in a second. The best part about is, that it looks so natural! No cakey layer on your face or clogging pores!

After applying the foundation it’s time for a bit of contour to give your face more definition. The bareMinerals Endless Summer Bronzer in the color Faux Tan is the perfect bronzer with a cool undertone to use as a contour powder, it’s matte, doesn’t leave any streakes and blends very nice. For my cheeks I’m using the bareMinerals Gen Nude Powder blush in the color Peachy Keen. To top it off I added the stunning bareMinerals Endless Glow Highlighter in Fierce on my cheekbones.

EYES

For the eyes I will be using such a beautiful eyeshadow palette from bareMinerals, called: Gen Nude Copper Eyeshadow Palette. The marble packaging is just gorgeous and the palette itself contains differen copper colors with a good balance between matte and shimmer finishes. The eyeshadows are very pigmented, blend nicely and you can create many different looks with it. One of my favorite items from the entire collection!

I used the bareMinerals one fine line as eyeliner and for the lashes I used the Lashtopia mascara, which will give you lots and lots of volume! Another musthave items from bareMinerals is their Brow Master! I’m quite sceptical when it comes to products for the eyebrows, but this scultping pencil in the shade Chestnut, just makes my eyebrows look so natural and nicely shaped!

LIPS

To finish the look I’m using the bareMinerals Mineralist Hydra-Smoothing Lipstick on my lips. This lipstick is vegan, made with minimal ingredients but with maximal results. With bareMinerals you don’t need to worry that products are not pigmented, because they truly are! The lipstick comes in many different colors, but I went for the nude shade Presence.

You can find bareMinerals now in Douglas and their online webshop!
